We study the neutrophil activity, migration and extracellular traps in various disease models to understand the role of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of such diseases, and to eventually identify therapeutic targets focusing on neutrophils.

We search for herbs, natural products and chemicals which regulate neutrophil activity, migration and extracellular traps to discover drug candidates that can treat these diseases.

Also, to effectively regulate neutrophils, we search for convergence strategies such as nanoparticle/exosomal drug delivery, human-applied medical devices and digital therpies through collaboration.
